Steph Spiers is the co-founder and CEO of Solstice, an enterprise dedicated to providing every American household with access to affordable renewable energy. She is passionate about providing the 80% of Americans who cannot place a solar panel on their rooftop with equitable access to solar energy. The solution she found to this is community solar, an innovative model in which several neighboring households can subscribe to a local solar farm and reduce their monthly energy bill.
