Leena Al Olaimy is the founder of 3BL Associates, an award-winning people+planet strategy consultancy and think-do-tank accelerating progress on sustainable development through collaboration; and rethinking the broken architecture of the way we solve social problems. 3BL’s consultancy work has directly covered 12 of the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs), including peace, climate change, reducing inequalities and economic growth. 3BL’s think-do-tank has innovated concepts like Reimagine MENA, Public-Planet Partnerships, Diversity On Board, and Nonviolent Resilience. The latter was awarded the 8th UNESCO Youth Forum Label. Leena’s work has been incredibly valuable to the fields of peacebuilding and economic development among others. In 2015, she was named a Salzburg global Fellow and in 2017, Leena was named a Dalai Lama Fellow.
