Keith Wattley, Founder and Executive Director, received his B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He founded UnCommon Law on the premise that individuals experiencing long-term incarceration for violent and serious crimes were not beyond rehabilitation and redemption. Keith Wattley a saw an opportunity to develop a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach to law, specifically geared towards those most often overlooked by the system.
